This project involved the specialist delivery of high-quality residential brickwork across a new housing development for Sapphire Homes. The brief required our team to execute the exterior masonry on 25 new homes that varied in size and architectural detail, ranging from two-bedroom units up to large five-bedroom family residences. As experts in new housing developments across the South East and South Midlands, our task was to ensure consistency, speed, and precision across all properties. This required meticulous planning, strict adherence to site schedules, and the application of highly skilled bricklaying to achieve the elevated aesthetic and structural quality expected by both the client and future homeowners. Our focus was on providing a durable, visually appealing facade that would anchor the entire development.
