The Task:
The project at 29–35 Russell Hill in Purley was the specialist execution of brickwork for a landmark residential development comprising 106 affordable homes. Our task was critical in delivering both the necessary structural integrity and the essential aesthetic appeal of the thoughtfully designed scheme.
The brief required an uncompromising focus on quality and detail. We utilized high-quality facing bricks to ensure a durable and visually impressive finish. This demanded meticulous attention to every stage, from setting out and precise coursing to achieving clean, uniform joints across the entire large-scale facade. The goal was to create a modern finish that would elevate the development while respectfully complementing the local architectural character.
